Racord
The Racord project involved launching a new, fully digital utilities provider, aimed at users who value technology and innovation. The goal was to create a smooth, integrated digital experience, from mobile and web apps for end users and employees, to robust backend systems connected to the existing IT ecosystem.
Objective
Developing and implementing the entire IT infrastructure, including a mobile app for end users, web apps for employees, and integration with existing systems (CRM, ERP, online payments, OCR, and support).

Altamira Software’s role was to deliver a full solution, from defining the IT architecture to developing and integrating the applications.

01. Racord Mobile App – For End Users
Managing the customer onboarding process, including personal data collection and digital signing of documents (contracts, declarations, agreements).
Service management features: submitting meter readings, viewing invoices, making payments, requesting revisions and support, and accessing consumption history.
Centralizing various service locations for a unified user experience.
02. Racord Office Web App – For Racord Employees
Validating customer documentation and tracking the onboarding process.
Centralizing and managing customer data, and configuring service and product offerings.
Handling customer notifications through multiple channels (push notifications, email, SMS).

Mobile App
React Native, providing simultaneous launch for Android and iOS users.
Web App
Angular for the front end and Node.js for the back end, delivering a high-performance, scalable interface.
Database
Postgres – ensuring efficient and secure data storage.
Cloud Infrastructure
Google Cloud Services and Firebase for scalable hosting and additional services such as notifications and authentication.

Online payments OCR for automatic ID processing SMS for quick notifications
